Beginners - Stage 2 Your first step was joining our club and coming along to the Introductory Course. If you are pretty new to computing, there is still a lot to learn, and you might like to consider a "second step" in the lessons in this course. The pace is kept a little slower, and there is opportunity for you to review and build on what you have already been shown. The overall basis for these lessons will be to learn more about the program Microsoft Word and its use in different situations, but will also include: What your computer is and does A review of the operating system you are using Learning the basics of Microsoft Word Using simple graphics A brief review of the web and email services Prerequisites: Students must have completed the Introduction to Computing and/or Basic Courses, and have a sense of humour and willingness to try.
